Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products we offer and our goal of providing high-quality items while safeguarding the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept returns.

If you receive a product that does not match the description of your order, or was incorrectly shipped due to an error on our part, you may request a return by emailing: help@sieteyuno71.com within one (1) day from the date of delivery confirmation via postal mail.

The email must include the following information:

1. Order number

2. The email must match the one used to place the order.

3. Reason for the return request

4. Photos and/or videos supporting the reason for the return request, if applicable.

Once the request is received, it will be reviewed by our administrative team within fifteen (15) days. If the return is approved, the customer may send the item for physical inspection; this does not guarantee that the return will be accepted. The item must be shipped within 24 hours of the company’s response email.

The following rules will apply in all cases:

  • Return requests will only be considered within one (1) day of the postal service’s delivery confirmation. If the company authorizes the return, the customer must ship the item within 24 hours of the company's response email. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
  • The company may, but is not obligated to, consider return requests made after the one-day period.
  • Items requested for return must be in the same condition in which they were sent. Price tags, brand labels, security or hygiene stickers must not be removed. The product must show no signs of use, including but not limited to: smells, stains, lipstick, ink, paint, or any signs of washing or alteration.
  • If the return is authorized, the customer will receive a store credit valid for ninety (90) days from the date it is issued and must cover the shipping costs.
  • The company reserves the right to launch special promotions that are explicitly non-returnable. These items will not be subject to the aforementioned return process.
  • In all cases, the customer will bear the shipping costs unless the company explicitly agrees to cover them.
