These Terms and Conditions are issued by Viri Shop LLC, a company registered under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, corporate registration number 544213, with an active business license in the jurisdiction. Sales Terms

  • Browsing the Website does not obligate a purchase.
  • All purchases are voluntary and are legally understood to take place in the company's registered jurisdiction.
  • Wholesale/resale purchases will be monitored. The company reserves the right to review, modify, or cancel transactions involving more than five identical or similar items, or multiple purchases from the same buyer details, to prevent fraud.

Purchases imply a legal sales agreement: the seller commits to shipping the product, and the buyer agrees to pay the agreed price at the time of transaction.


Checkout and Payment

  • Users may create an account for ease of checkout, but this is not required.

  • All transactions are processed securely, and users agree to all relevant payment processor policies.
  • In fraudulent or invalid refund attempts, the company may pursue recovery via legal means, including attorney fees.

Note: Viri Shop does not store financial information unless the user opts to save it via their account.


Processing Policy

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Business days: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Puerto Rico time (excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email once processing begins.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only allowed before the order begins processing.
  • To cancel, email ventas@virishopstore.com with the subject: Order Cancellation, and include:
    1. Name
    2. Address, phone, email
    3. Order number
    4. Order date
    5. Product ID
    6. Product description
    7. Reason for cancellation

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or a store credit valid for 90 days can be requested.


Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
  • Send an email to ventas@virishopstore.com with:
    1. Buyer’s name and contact
    2. Order number
    3. Delivery date
    4. Product ID and description
    5. Two clear, well-lit photos showing the defect

Wear, improper use, or damage from exposure is not covered. Only manufacturing defectsare eligible for exchange or credit.


Shipping Policy

  • Customers choose the shipping method and cover the shipping cost.
  • Viri Shop is not responsible for delays, damage, or issues arising from incorrect addresses, postal mishandling, or theft.
  • The company only covers shipping for approved manufacturing defect replacements.

  • Products and advice may offer benefits but are not guaranteed to produce specific results.
  • Content does not substitute for certified professional or medical advice.


Warranty Policy

We guarantee:

  • Excellent service
  • Timely order processing (within 3 business days)
  • Accurate product representation, including materials and sizing as provided by manufacturers.


User Accounts Policy

  • Users 18+ may create accounts for order tracking and purchases.
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
  • The company may suspend or cancel accounts due to abuse, fraud, or policy violations.


Password Rules:

  • Avoid personal info (e.g., birthdate)
  • Change every 6 months
  • Don’t reuse last 2 passwords


Packaging and Labeling

All products are shipped properly packaged and labeled. Do not use or alter any item that arrives unsealed or without its original tag. The company reserves all rights related to branding and packaging design.


Advertising and Misrepresentation Policy

  • Viri Shop abides by FTC rules against false advertising.
  • Product images and descriptions aim for accuracy but may not perfectly match the product.


Intellectual Property Rights

All website content (images, logos, descriptions, visuals) is owned or licensed by Viri Shop. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
